Alex and I were successful at Black river last week.  Took two of the shoulders, covered with a good rub and put on the slow cooker for 6 hours @ 200 degrees.  Add a cold beer and it just does not get any better!!

oso45-70 just because i dont drink anymore, doesnt mean i wouldnt want a good pig, when you have your best friend die in an alchol related accident,it makes you think about drinking.

Brian,

Sorry about your friend getting killed in an accident, BUT when i drink a beer at a Pig feast i don't get drunk and don't recommend that others drink to excess. People get killed with guns, It don' keep me from hunting.

Have a great day Brian and enjoy the pig..........Joe.........
