Mossberg service??

I have an old Mossberg Bolt action shotgun sold under the Revolation name.
I had an open breech detonation which I think after careful investigation was operator induced. No injury,I was lucky.
My point,,, I called Mossberg hopin to find out if it was a common problem with the model. After three calls to three differnt people they decided they wanr t me to send it to them.

Anyone have any experence with factory service from them?

 I used Mossbergguns for 40 years and have sent two back. Both had a broken stock. They fixed it under their warranty straightaway and had the guns back in a couple of weeks no questions asked.
