Encore Rifle in Canada

I am looking for smeone willing to ship a used Encore frame to Canada. Since this is not a completed firearm it is not illegal or difficult. Anyone out there?

:cry:  :cry:  :cry: Sorry to burst your bubble but the frame is the firearm according to our Canadian government,it is the part that is registered.Barrels,stocks can be shipped but they still are suposed to have export and import permits,I have shipped to the States and have stuff shipped to me  that was marked as sporting goods,but you never know.
BUT A FRAME CAN'T JUST BE SHIPPED
DEALER TO DEALER YES.
