Help with repair

[Two Bears]

Has anyone seen / heard of this ...My 02 Polaris 500 HO has its left rear wheel lean in a lot.
I took it to the dealer and after $200  they "fixed" it  but it still leans in and it seems that it leans in about an inch or more.
The other side looks normal and tilts out about a 1/4" at rest.

Any Ideas???

I would like to have a better idea as to what it is before I take it to a dealer agian so I do not spent a fortune on it while they experiment with it.

First does the rear sit even side to side or does it lean to where the wheel is tilted in?  If it leans to where its tilted in the spring may need adjustment if it has adjustment or it needs replacement. Has it even been hit in the rear?  I had a polaris frame tweek out of square buy taking a rear hit from another polaris on the rear corner.  I did tie the good side down and with a pipe tweek it back somewhat.  Also how is the wheel bearing on that side is it loose or wornout?  Hows the lower tray is it bent? If all of the above is ok can you adjust the camber is there an off set washer with a bolt you can turn.  I believe the upper tray and lower tray should have this adjustment.  Sorry but its hard to tell you without seeing it I have owned 2 polaris's but they have been 400L sport 4x4 not the independent suspension 4 strokes.  I have racked up 5k on them off road and only tweeked one frame.                                BigBill

The bearings are good
I replaced the springs.
No collisions
The bushings have been replaced...$200 for 6.00 bushings

This machine is just trail driven by adult so its not been abused.
I dont know about the camber adjustments I will ask the dealer if it should be looked at.

Any other ideas???
