They only have a few folks who work in C/S there...and they have to answer calls from a-lot of folks. While it may seem like Jennifer or Mary want to get you off the phone...they are very good at what they do...and usually don't have time to have a casual conversations with the clients. My advise is to write down your questions before hand...and ask them...that way you get the answers you need without getting sidetracked...and yes...they don't like to hang on the phone for very long...Mary is filling in while John is out do to an injury...she normally works with the billing department..Jennifer...while not only answering the phone...is also trying to fill orders for parts...from what I understand...it can get very hecktic there...so...try to have a little patince...for what they have to contend with...they are doing an admiral job...

I prefer to email them cuz I get John on the answering machine all the time....they always reply the following business day if not the same day.

Same here. These people just seem overloaded. Would it hurt to hire at least one more person, if not just part time?
It would be a great help to Jennifer and John.

  ...I'm sorry...

I agree with you...and whenever I call...I always try to say something nice to them...even when something is wrong...the old saying of..." You catch more with honey than vinager.." is very appropriate...and sometimes...it is very difficult not to be angry or short with them...but...I think I would rather them to remember me as being a very agreeable type person as they are trying to correct my problem...or...answer my questions...than being rude and offensive....if ya know what I mean... I just remembered that Saturday Nite Live skit...you know the one...with the guy in the car... lipping off at the the burger joint drive thru window worker...and what happened to his food..... :)  :)  :)

I'm with Quick.  I usually try to email.  I have found that they are prompt in answering my emails.  I rarely am so pressed that I need an answer that quick and it is hard for me to call during the day anyway.
I think they do a pretty good job and I try to let them know it.

I hate to call CS. They are always so short with you and quite frankly just rude. They act like you're bothering them when you call with a question.

Until now i never knew that they didn't have alot of people working in CS. I'll be sure to be alittle nicer and actually thankt them for their help. They really should add another person or two to the CS department.

Hmmm, I called em last week to order a stock, took at least 10 calls to get thru to a person, but when I finally got thru to Jennifer, she was real nice on the phone, I felt like she thought it was nice to talk to someone who was nice to her...guess it just depends on the mood of the person you talk to and the mood you set can affect their mood.
