I did not come up with this method, but I sure like to use it.
cut venison into small thin squares 1x2
season with cajun seasoning
put a small slice of jalapeno pepper and some cream cheese in the center
fold it over on itself and wrap with a half slice of bacon
pin with a toothpick
marinade with italian dressing for 1 -2 days in the fridge
grill to taste
mmmm good!!
