Cheap off the wall brand lures
« on: July 22, 2005, 12:27:09 PM »
I was in one of my local sporting good shops and he doesn't have much that i already don't have but i grabbed some off brand spooks in weird colors like a tiger orange.  Yesterday morning the topwater action was on and i put this new color on and started walking the dog with it and in no time I had a 2lber on!!!  No matter what new lure i try most of the time sooner or later it catches fish.  I'm not sure if its just throwing something new or different but they always seem to work.  I then put on a new high roller propbait and had another 2lb bass hit it.  I tried cranks but had no results I went back to topwater for more action.  The full moon sure turned things on this week.
