They are perfectly safe to shoot, some people have reported poor accuracy?

Just try and see what kind of accuracy you get out of your rifle.

If you do a search on the net, you'll find that they are loved by some, but not many, they have a pretty checkered reputation. I'm surprised they are still offered. There are several threads on em right here at GBO, none good that I've seen.

Just do a search on the site for ACCELERATOR and look at the results.

I have tryed them in a 30-06 and i couldn't hit the target i printed(100 yards). If they were free......go for it and see what kind of accuracy you get but if you have to buy them don't waste your money.

About 20 years ago, I hit a feral cat with the '06 version. I think it rained "cat fluff" for about 20 minutes!

The 308 version is no longer made, but they still make this ammo in 30-30 and 30-06 (at least it's still readily available on the net to buy).  The review I saw showed about the same accuracy the standard cartridge gave in "x" rifle.  Should be a fun thing to try out.

I got the sabot to load my own, tried a bunch loads, in 3
different rifles 2 30-30's and 308, my groups look like I used a shotgun.
Key holes sabots still on bullet when it went though the paper target.
I gave up, Maybe I was doing some wrong, I don't think they are
 good, Marv.
