7ft shakespear rod and shakespear reel spooled with 30lb test power-pro.

I use a SouthBend BASS Special #TCR335B 6' with a Fin-nor 300lite spinning reel. The rod is at www.gofishin.com for around $18. It has the perfect backbone for bass fishing. I also use the Master #3050 6'6"(penn) and the southbend cimmarron #CM2 345 6'6" rods also at gofishin too these are under $10 each!!! You have to check this guys prices on rods and reels. I have nothing to do with him I'm just a really cheap frugal fisherman!!!!! I like great buys on fishing stuff I just purchased like 10 rods from him mainly because i figure we will never see stuff this cheap again anywhere. You have to watch his daily sales too!!!!!! My wife is a coupon shopper and she doesn't waste a dime but when i explained the savings and showed here she agreed. I can't find a rod that comes close to the value here in any shop at all even with the shipping i'm saving many $$.

I'm kinda in the market for a new bass spinning rig.

Bug eye... if thats yer medium rig.. what in the world is yer heavy set up :shock:
