How do you know they are ignoring your emails?
I sent summit an email a little over a week ago and they just got back to me. you have to understand company's get thousands of emails a week and it takes time to get to every one of them!
did you try and give them a call and talk to somebody high up?
if you call someone offer to email them a scanned copy of the receipt showing that you just bought them and ask that they send you a prepaid box so you can crap this back to them.
Did you try and take them back to the store you bought them from and exchange them?
Remember you catch more flays with honey then you you do with $#it, talk to the people politely and be reasonable, then if things do not go in a good direction you can start to show your anger.
