From what i have read on other forums this is not good legislation. attached to this bill are amendments that force gun dealers to include lock up saftey devices and further the owner of said firearms required to use the saftey device. also allows the U.S. AG to determine what projectiles are armor piercing and said armor piercing projectile to be illegal to sell, possess, or manufacture. the test medium for the armor piercing test is body armor, yes the same that leo's use everyday. as most of you know most any hunting bullet will penetrate body armor. i urge you to call or email you legislator and ask them to remove these amendments from this bill.
