Help: Need 180 gr 30 cal Rem ballistic tip bullets

Anybody out there with info on buying  30 cal Rem 180 gr ballistic tip bullets. Why. My gun likes nothing else. Any info would be great. Thanks for your help.

Kid,  If you are talking about Remington ammo with a bullet that has a black plastic tip, that bullet is made by Swift and is called the Scirroco.  As far as I know, Remington doesn't make a "balistic tip" bullet.  Nosler, Hornady, and Swift do.  Hope this helps.

Ballistic Tip is a registered trademark of the Nosler Comany. So Remington doesn't make them. They do however load some BTs in some of their varmint loads but to the best of my knowledge they load NO .30 BTs.

So you really need to be a bit more specific in just what ammo you really are looking for. They load the Swift bullet and a bullet they "claim" is a Remington bullet with a plastic tip. Now I have my doubts they actually make it. Who does I'm not sure.

Remington loads what they call their "AccuTip" bullet.  It appears to be the same as the Nosler Ballistic Tip as well as the C/T bullet that Wnchester claims is theirs.

There is one difference, however, the Remington bullets have a crimping groove...
