15-45x60 Sky & Earth Spotting Scope

anyone out there have one of these and care to give a review? I am looking for a spotting scope I can use at the gun range to see 22lr hits on a black background at 100 and 200 yards...

I was at the range Friday and had trouble seeing 7mm holes at 200 yards
with a 60x scope. It WAS hot and humid Some haze, but that shouldn't have prevented me seeing the holes on a white target with red diamonds.
I'm thinking about the 20x60 Landmark.
