Read that awhile back, and think he may have a valid point.
Not ready to do the experimentation he did, but it seems logical.
HAve read of caps being set off by being pressed to the nipple too hard (pretty reputable writters), and it seems to me that if one nipple leaked enough gas to "slam" its neighbor's cap with a hard jet, may be able to get it to fire without any gas leaking into the nipple.
