Weaver Quadlock Rings?

I saw a set of quadlock rings by weaver in the local Walmart.  They look strong with four hex bolts locking each ring.  How do they compare to a Leupold set of rings with only two bolts.  Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with them.  Good, Bad, Trash.......

I have two sets.  One Phllipines?, one China.  They were both very squarely cut and did not damage the scopes that they were mounted on.  I stripped the threads on a pair of the Rifleman rings for what it is worth, and replaced them with the second set of Weaver Quad rings.  For 10 bucks I think they are awesome.  They aren't Burris Signature Zees, but...

I have a 2 pairs. One on my 223 and the other on my 30-06. Never a problem with either.
I like the looks of them too.
