Is anyone reloading 405 grain cast bullets with 16.5 grains of unique powder as suggested the max load by lyman reloading book for their 45-70. If so, what velocity are you achieving?

My accuracy comes apart before I get there. I stop at 12.5 grains for about 1100 fps.
