Beware Flambeau is junk!!!!

Two years ago my wife bought me a Marlin 1895 45-70. A couple of months after I bought a Flambeau double case with SO CALLED Zerust protection.  This is what they claim "Flambeau provides the ultimate solution in rust and corrosion protection. I last used my rifle this spring, cleaned and oiled it and put it away in the case. Got it out this past weekend and it has extensive rust over quite a portion of it. So I e-mailed Flambeau twice before I got a reply. They said they do not warranty the contents of things stored in there cases. Would I please be so kind as to pay to ship back the case so they could test it.
ARRGGGGH now I will have to send my rifle in to Marlin, have them go thru it, strip it and reblue it for me at my expense.
Needless to say I won't touch anything of Flambeau's and I will holler long and hard about their junk products and lack of service! :evil:

Well after sending in a letter to the president of Flambeau I finally received a letter back. THEY STILL BRAG UP the false fact that their product will prevent rust and corrosion on all metals to include steel, iron, aluminum, brass and copper. It has been tested in the labs and in the field and IT WORKS. HORSE PUCKEY!!!!!!! He also said that he could not warranty my Marlin because even though it was only two years old and his product caused it to RUST: I have a Llama .45 acp that I keep in a cheap plastic case and is 5 or 6 yrs older with NO RUST using the same products and cleaning methods:. SOOOOOOO in absence of ethics he in his generosity sent me a replacement gun case(just like the one that rusted up my rifle), a blind bag(which is a pita to use) and a softside gun case with get this 5 VELCRO fasteners that when you are in the field you have to RIIIIPPPP open to extract your rifle.
If I can figure out how I'll post some pics of my rifle.
All I can say is do not buy this product.

Oh and I have bought a Sackup and wipes for it. Now these work well in my opinion.
