Since Creedmoor sights were mounted to a metal bezel inlaid into the top of the buttstock near the buttplate, any long range sight will serve this purpose. Shiloh, Ballard, Lone Star, and CPA all make Creedmoor models, and all sell sights for them. You can also buy Creedmoor sights from Axtell, MVA, among others. Less expensive sights can be purchased from Parts Unknown, or Pedersoli.
Creedmoor rifles were normally equipped with two bases, and one stem that could be moved between the tang position, and the rear position.
I don't know of anyone making long range sights for any of the models you mentioned, but I have seen long range vernier sights fitted to the Ruger #1 and H&R single shots. Both require a bit of gunsmithing to adapt a long range sight to the tang area, and any rifle will require some work to mount one in the rear Creedmoor position.
Hope this helps.
