Now That’s an Elevating Screw!!!

This is a first and the most unusual elevating screw I have ever seen. Also notice how the cannon lock is attached.  I might try that on my half scale.

The pictures are borrowed and the cannon does not belong to me. It is located in Penna.

The rear sight is also quite interesting.  Wonder what the front sight looks like.

The rear sight reminds me of the rear-tang sight on old lever actions.
