I can't say for sure but I think it is the same place that made them for Midway then for Frankford Arsenal.
Somehow a Winchester tumbler box found it's way into my house. It was either from a Midway tumbler that I bought, or the Midway tumbler that I had repaired, or for the Frankford Arsenal tumbler that my roommate bought.
They are alright. I had one last 10 years and one last 6 months. Both have been repaired by Midway at no charge.
