Now that we've seen the worst of summer :?  what is out there that is lightweight and period-looking correct?

Thought about a pair of denim scrubs but top was not correct.

thanks

Since you be in TX, check out Crazy Crow.  They sell a drop front pants that is made of very light cotton canvas and has provisions for braces.  Some of the buttons are left off so you can make your own adjustments for proper fit.  It's from an earlier era, but lots of clothes from earlier times were still be used up to and through the Civil War.  They're now available in at least 3 colors.  They also have a selection of mountainman/pioneer/work type shirts that were worn up through the late 19th century.

Btw, I like my drop front pants.  They do make a difference in this hot weather plus my other CAS pants musta shrunk in the dryer and these are the only ones that'll fit.
