Good CS from NEF

Just shy of 2 weeks ago I contacted the CS Dept. at NEF and asked to purchase a new sight blade.  The lady I spoke to was professional, but courteous.  She asked the type and told me she would send it right out.  I offered a credit card number and she said not to worry about it.  Took all of about 30 sec.

It arrived yesterday in the mail and worked just fine.

It may have been a small item, but good CS is a pleasure to find regardless.

Isn't it nice to actually get the "service" in CS? You don't get that much places.

Sounds like Jennifer to me. I recently had a problem with a stock they sent me and she was great about it. With CS reps like her and the others, her boss Gordon and John (who may be out injured),  myself and many others will remain loyal and steadfast NEF/H&R customers for years to come and will continue to tell others about thier great products and outstanding CS department. Thanks for all your great work and help Jennifer!!!!, you are a credit to the company and you alone are responsible for a goodly percentage of our repeat business. I hope the company "big wigs" know of your sterling contribution to thier reputation and I for one believe you deserve a raise!!!!....<><.... :grin:

I haven't had a problem with any NEFs yet (knock on wood) But if i do i hope it goes as well as your troubles have.

Now if NEF's CS was like Ruger's. WOW.....RUGER'S CS is EXCELLENT.
