Mitchell, Dan has a lot more trigger time on this rifle than me, but here are my observations:
The rifle is well made. I don't know how deep the flutes are cut, but they seem to be cut clean, straight and do their intended job. The barrel doesn't seem to stay hot quite as long as the one on my unfluted Ultra 223.
The stock is comfortable, and points very well. 'Course, I'm used to shooting military type rifles with a pistol grip, so it's real comfortable to me. Dan has more experience with the traditional type rifle, but even he likes the way this rifle feels.
The gun shoots great. There have been some outstanding shots made on prairie dogs and jacks. When you get it in a "field type" shooting scenario, the rifle shines. But, from the bench, it seems a little inconsistant (it will shoot a great group, then a mediocre group, but it really never shoots a bad group unless you feed it something it doesn't like). We are working on some things to try to make it shoot a little more consistant from the bags (Even if a rifle works like a laser beam on game, it's still nice to have those bug holes on paper to show off and brag about  )
I have done a trigger job on the rifle, and lapped the bore. The next thing I'm going to do is to bed the fore end with acraglas. I'm hoping that this will solidify the "honeycombed" forearm and tighten things up a bit.
I'll let Dan expand on the loads that he has tried and which ones the gun likes.
