I guess it pays to complain enough.   They are taking care of the problem.  It seems they have hired new people in the customer service department.  Well anyway, Thanks Bushnell for getting it right.  I promised them I would write responses to all the message boards I have posted this information on.

I'm still waiting for my refund from Bushnell. They said it would take about 1-1/2 weeks to get it.
I Tell you what, Tammy, at The Optic Zone is one hard working woman, She called the factory twice to make sure I got my refund. These folks at TOZ go far and above what anyone else would do. They got my business for life.
