Lost the Stock bolt
« on: August 19, 2005, 01:49:35 PM »
Some how I have lost the Stock bolt in a stock swap. I need to know what size the bolt is and how long it is .

I was switch out a Youth stock to a full sized one and the bolt fell off the bench and fell down into a crack in the floor of the range and we have been looking for the past 4 hours and can't find it .

so if someone would be nice and tell me where to get one, my daughter would love to get back to shooting.

I have a stock off and I will measure the bolt. They are not hard to find. I bought five extra recievers awhile back and picked up some bolts at a auto parts place... What are you going to do with the youth stock? I need one...

It's 4 inches long from the bottom of the head to the tip of the threaded end. You'll also need to check to see if the washer is still in the stock bolt hole, sometimes they come out with the bolt, sometimes they're stuck in the stock.
