Went to the North Dakota Furtakers Convention
« on: August 22, 2005, 05:54:32 PM »
Last Friday,Saturday and Sunday I went to there convention at Washburn N.D. I had a great time, good demos, lots of catching up with guys I haven't seen for awhile.Ma bought me 10 dozen new Bridger #2's.Now I can standardize and run Bridger 2's and Sterlings(behind locked gates).Got some more lure.Gonna try some of Halseths bait and lure in my regular rotation.Got to get a hold of Asa for a little order too. It's been cool in the mornings,I'm getting fired up.
I love the smell of coyote gland lure early in the morning. It smells like victory!!

How was the attendance?  Sounds kind of interesting to go to some day.  I live east of Grand Forks in Mn.  What part of the state is Washburn in?

The attendance was down from last year.Washburn is in between Bismarck and Minot, right on the Missouri River.
