Trapping decoys

I understand that they are trying to   end the ban on using decoys for trapping out there in PA. I saw this while looking into the HSUS activism pages on theier very own website.

So, what is the latest. Gonna happen?

It might pass this year. Just a few votes short on a number of issues at this time, Sunday hunting included. Who knows what will happen!
