700 XCR, anyone have any experience with this model line?

As noted in my thread in the 'Medium Bore' forum, I purchased/ordered one of these in the .338RUM caliber.

I bought a Burris scope and am trying to decide what scope mounts and rings to purchase.  Any info and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I emailed Burris customer service and this was their response when I asked the same question:

On the heavy recoiling rifle I suggest using the Double Dovetail style rings and bases when available. The two dovetails will lock into place giving you an extra strong and durable mount.
