I have seen these around for a while, yet I still haven't talked to anyone who has ever tried it. I am also very curious about these too.

Do a search on em, you'll find that they don't work well in an H&R/NEF...

barrel inserts, or tubes, are very popular and work quite well with shotguns. never gave a thought to using one in a rifle !
