Finished the ream job took about 30 min, went very slow, probablly slower than I should have but you all know about the first time & being nervous. Anyhow she's done. Remove your ejector & watch the cutting like jeff said. I stopped when the cutter kissed the rim area of the chamber

Now if only my brass was here

Jeff, package held up fin a little oil leak, Reminds me I better check it before I send it out tomorrow. Worked just fine

Digger,

Thanks for the offer but I don't see my self down that way anytime soon. Goin out west, probably black kettle (have't been out there for years) with a friend & his son to do some dove hunting / camping with our boys. I could be persuaded  to go in that direction if ya have a mess of doves that need to be removed from the gene pool. Ya never know maybe we could hook up in the future & chase a porker or 2 if things work out. I am just asstounded by the good will on this forum

Thanks again for the offer & all the info
That's my boy, GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

Is there a list included of the order the reamer should be shipped? Someone has probably already said this but i don't remember. And one more question do you have to remove the ejector? I thought you just had to push it in.

Yes there is a list in the box, has a little oil on it but readable with shipping lables of the next person already made out. Jeff223 did an outstanding job

It is best to remove the ejector it protrudes a little even after it is engaged the frame pushes it the rest of the way in when the barrel is closed

My guess would be that the ejector doesn't go completely flush with the surface of the chamber on some barrels and would prevent the reamer from kissing the barrel when you need to stop reaming. It might cause a bit of an irregularity in the finished chamber. Removal of the ejector would resolve that potential issue.
