win 94 AE peep sights?

Picked up a Win 94 Legacy AE in .357 yesterday.  I need to install peep sights to compete in CLARS.
The instruction booklet wasn't too clear on mounting these sights.
There are two small holes with filler screws on the top rear of the reciever, I assume they are for a scope base.  I had a 94 top eject that had holes for a peep sight on the left side, but this model doesn't.
Does the Williams FP sight fit into these holes?  The Midway catalogue isn't clear, states that some guns have to be drilled and tapped.

Yes the 2 rear holes on top are for the angle eject peep sights, i had the williams fp on a 94 ranger angle eject they worked great and you dont have to change the front sight Have fun Tanoose
