Fletching for Oneida Phantom

I use 31in Glodtip 7595 arrows, Whisker biscuit, and a 60lbs draw. Should I use 4" or 5" feathers or vanes? Straight or helical? Three or four fletch? This is a left-hand setup. Thanks for the replies.     TDA
