Hi Tom,
Noted that us "Gals" were not asked for an opinion.....but we always have one. :-D

IMHO....Do not ditch the ST Croix Valley name for now...as you currently have products (and Advertising) out there with that name on it...but add Tom Olson's to the beginning for future endeavors...once people get to know the product with your Name...THEN phase out the ST Croix Valley.
