Remington CDL, 35 Whelen Barrel Twist

The spec's list a 1 in 16" twist.  Is this what one would want or does it favor certain weight bullets?   Thanks  Buckfever

Most opinions I've read on what the 1:16" twist will work with is 250gr round nose and 225gr spitzers, a 1:14" is most recommended for the 250gr spitzers.
