BC Classic Steel Trigger Gaurd and Spacer

Some of you guys may remember a few years back an offer for bc classic rifles to be outfitted with steel trigger guards and spacers by the factory? Did anyone participate?  Is this offer still valid?  Are there any other sources for steel trigger guards and spacers ( homebrew)? Any suggestions would help both me and others- thanks TC
