Last year, Midway had .45 CVA Staghorns on for something like $69.00. Couldn't turn them down. The missus and I each got one.
Well, while trying to sight mine in the other day, I noticed that the rear sight (re:plastic) had cracked. No wonder I couldn't get it to group.
I've shopped around home here, the Denver area, to no avail for a better replacement. I don't want anymore plastic crap. Does anybody know of another sight that could be used to replace this POS. I know, you get what you pay for, but with a decent set of sights, these cheapies can be a good shooter.
If anybody has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
