cynrays, sorry for the delay , my dad has one, i have an optima and really dont see much of a difference. his shoots powerbelts well at 100 yards over 2 777 pellets. we dont shoot over 100 grains of powder in either gun. no reason to where we hunt.i have to spit patch between shots on both guns with the powerbelts but i just found out that my optima shoots a patched round ball fine so i probably will shoot these from now on. i love a traditional gun but hate the clean up. this is the only reason i shoot an inline. the removable breech plug makes cleaning much better. hope this helps
