I just recently got into inlines so I've done a bit of research on em'. While the Sidekick is a good rifle one thing that I didn't care for were the primer holders. I'd rather have something that doesn't need replacing. I ended up with a Marlin MLS-50(for my grandson) and a CVA Optima(for me). On thing that I liked about the Optima was the stock design, it felt like a Sutzen style target rifle. Also, you put the 209 primer into the breach plug without the need for any extra parts/primer carriers. The Marlin uses a more or less standard nipple with a #11 cap so it's really simple. I generally like to keep things as simple as posible, I think it's a good rule of thumb to follow. Anyway, I don't know if this has been any help or not. Just do a bit of research and check out some of the web forums and I'm sure you'll come up with the right answer. In Frith.
