The wife and I went over to Ft. McHenry this afternoon. Started off in the visitors center and the movie that tells the story of the Ft Henry and the Francis Scott Key. The film ends with a chorale group singing the Star Spangled Banner. As the group sang , the curtains on the side of the theater open and this is what you see.
The wind was blowing the flag and the flag was flapping about, then came the last line...
O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave...the wind came up and stood the flag straight out. You heard a collective gasp from everyone in the room it was awesome.
With all that is going in on in the country right now, it gave us goosebumps, Tingles and chills...
