How many of you still carry a +P 38 snubby ? what kind and whats your bullet choice. I carry a S+W 642 Thats the airweight model (15oz) alum fram with stainless cyl. barrel and yoke. I practice with 130 and 150 grain FMC ( win , rem ,fed all work well) But i carry corbon 125 JHP Recoil is stiff but much more managable then a 357 under rapid fire.

I'm not much of a 38 spc. fan but I do know that the 158 gr. LSWCHP in a +P load is quite suitable for serious social situations.

I've had them for years. I wish they were still available. I have some 158gr SWCHP Nyclads too.

When I am not carrying a colt officers model in .45 I carry a Taurus brushed stainless Ultrlight in .38. Rubber grips. Not much of a double action person, but the little taurus will shoot.
