Are Fox Ridge Barrels(TC custom shop) more accurate than standard Encore barrels?

IMHO...............I believe they are the same quality just more choices. From what I understand Fox Ridge is on the other end of the parking lot from the T/C factory. T/C is the parent company of Fox Ridge but you may have trouble having either place admit to it-I do not know why????
I have two Fox Ridge barrels and am pleased with both of them(see my post above) and I have one T/C barrel in 209x50 I bought from EABCO and wouldnt trade that for the world either.
I have had nothing but good luck from both places.

I don't know why you say that.  They share a webpage and when I have spoken with either they freely discussed the association between the companies with me.

As far as accuracy differences no custom barrel is necessarily more accurate than a factory barrel, but at times factory barrels have problems that may make them less accurate.

Keith
T/C and Fox Ridge DO NOT share a web page------Each page offers a link to the other but DO NOT share a page. Both pages are very different from each other(at least they were last night).
On at least two occasions I was told by employees of both companies that they were not affiliated with each other. It is a mystery to me why some admit to the affiliation and others do not??????????

You got me on a technicality.  TC advertises Fox Ridge as their custom shop.  And on occasion I have sent things to one and had the other return ship the item.  Go figure.

As for the mis-information it is most likely a commie plot.

I just got  a 460 barrel from Foxridge for my Encore pistol, will let you know how accurate it is compared to my 15" 7mm-08 barrel which shoots MOA  at 100.
