Depends on what you mean by "quality". If you are simply referring to "on-game" performance, Core-lokts have yet to let me down when I do my part and place the shot. Accuracy is another issue since not all guns shoot the same ammo to the same level of accuracy, generally though Core-Lokts have performed well in all the firearms I have shot them through.
