RCBS makes a very nice stuck case remover tool and so does Hornady.
Every handloader should have on they cheap
I like the hornady set up better. you remove the decapping stem , drill and tap the flash hole, then screw an adapter in then put the die back in the case take your shell holder and slide it in to the press catching the adapter and sliding in the slot on the ram, then you use the press to remove the case.
the RCBS you remove the decapping stem, drill and tap the flash hole, put a "cup" over the case and then use a hex head screw and it pulls the stuck case out. I have had to get several large washers and put them between the die and "cup" to get enough height to remove some cases. not a real big deal
