What instrument (knife, scraper, etc.) do you use to flesh your mink?

I'm almost ashamed to tell.   I have this old aluminum tablespoon I found in a box of junk.  One time I picked it up and tried it for fleshing mink...liked it.

There is no right way but I like to use a dull 7" old buck knife.  It gives me good leverage and I dont have to worry about losing fur.
