Master Cartridge company ???

hey all,
  Has anyone ever heard of the  Master cartridge company???
 I recently picked up a box of there reman. 223 Rem ammo at our local gun shop.  I shot about 8 rounds Before I noticed the primers were flattened and had a big crater around them...After checking them better I saw that 2 of them had spit cases also.. was shooting them out of my T/C Encore. I have never had any problems with any other ammo out of it.. Was just wondering if anyone could tell me anything about the co..
