Man, are they fast!

I had to return my Handi .308 to H&R for some repair work.  The barrel wasn't locking up very well, and there was too much lateral play when closed.  Well, H&R received the gun on Sept 16th, and I got it back on Sept 28th!  That's less than a two week turn around time, and that's only part of the story.  I took the gun out, and noticed the ejector didn't seem to be working correctly.  It didn't "pop" when the action was opened, and it finally dawned on me that my gun no longer had an ejector, but now had an extractor.  I guess they couldn't get the barrel to fit properly, so they simply fitted a new barrel to my frame!

Now that's customer service!!

Well, accuracy was OK with the first barrel, but certainly not great.  I have little doubt this next barrel will be accurate, its just a matter of finding a load!
