Hey guys,  what are the dimensions of the wooden dowel rod that Mossberg uses to restrict the magazine to 2 shells?

Apparently te former owner of my scattergun removed it for home defense and never supplied it with gun when I bought it.

Length x diameter?  thanx!   Need this for small game in PA.

1/4" DIA. x 9"long. There also is a thick rubber O ring on one end.

Not sure if you need the rubber ring or not, a  plain dowel or even a stick has worked fine in any pump I have had.
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

I forgot to thank you guys...   Thank you..

The local hardware store didn't have any wood dowels to make one out of, but as I was on my way out the door, I noticed some of those 3ft high driveway reflectors/markers with a 1/4" diameter fiberglass rod.  ...for $1.99

...problem solved lol
