Mountain trapping

Just got back from my sheep hunt.Sheep still up above timberline.I packed in 14 miles but couldn't get back in far enough. There was no coyote sign, they are gone.I found one fresh wolf kill, tracks at site.I had wolf tracks in my boot tracks on the way out.It rained all the time I was there. No fire as Forest Service said it was High fire hazard danger.Go figure. The beaver sure were busy.Drank from some springs that came right out of a granite cliff,it was so cold it hurt your teeth.I would love to trap those beaver streams.
I love the smell of coyote gland lure early in the morning. It smells like victory!!
