The cob webs are pretty thick hope you guy can refresh my menory. I'm looking at getting the 200 in 223  the 1 in 9 twist rate is conclusine to what grain bullets?  I'm thinking 55gr. and higher. I just can't remember, also I will try differant ones but I wanted a starting point.

You are correct, however my new 11FL in 223 (same gun w/accutrigger) also shoots the 40gr Vmax in 1"  groups.  Try lots of diff ammo.

Ditto what Handi said. I'd start out with 55 grains since these are widely available and relatively cheap and work up if necessary. I get cloverleafs with the 55 and 60 grains from my 12FV but may try some heavier weights just to see what how they shoot
