If I see ONE MORE post trying to sell a firearm on this forum without the MANDATORY statement listed at the top of every blamed page on the site it's over for you. There will be NO MORE Classifieds on this forum.

If you cannot follow the rules and the Moderator won't enforce them it's back to discussion ONLY.

Think I'm kidding? Try me.

Bill Those are air rifles that I had posted and as such under BATF laws they are not firearms. I didn't think I needed to place the wording that you spoke about in your posts. I even went back and read your original posting about this. Did I miss something? If you want the statement on ads for these rifles also then no problem Thats how I'll post it, but don't go punishing the rest of these guys for my mistake. I did it I'll take responsibility solely for my own actions. Bill Robinson

Air rifles are NOT a problem. The rule applies to FIREARMS ONLY. Your ad is NOT one of the ones I've had to delete for failure to compy with policy. It got so bad on the TC Classifieds I tired of telling them and deleting the ads that failed to compy. Now I delete the membership of anyone not complying there.

but I was one (if not THE offender) that placed the ad w/o the disclaimer. I had forgotton about this b/c I was mainly looking for infor on a FFL shop that was in someone's area that might have a 54 MSR on hand. I re-posted the ad, and totally understand the liability of GB and plan to comply 100% in the future.
